  • We accept all major credit cards and Paypal payments. You do not need a Paypal account to make a purchase. 



  • We use the following companies to send parcels: Despatch Bay- Royal Mail & Parcel Force.  All items have a standard delivery cost of £2.60 Free delivery is available for goods purchased over £80.00+
  • Some parcels will need to be signed for upon delivery. If no-one is home, a card will be left with delivery/pickup instructions. Sometimes items may be left in a safe location at the delivery address.
  • Please allow 3-5 working days after despatch, for delivery within the UK.  International customer can expect their packages within 12-15 days (this varies from country to country)
  • If you would like Express Postage, Special Delivery or proof of postage, please contact me  asha@crystalaura-shop or write it in the Message to Seller box at checkout.



We offer a full item refund policy so that you can be assured that you are in safe hands. We answer EVERY communication that is received and aim to resolve any issues with the minimum of fuss.  We just really want you to be happy and satisfied!


Our return policy serves as a guideline for buyers wanting to return items. We will approach all return matters with compassion and commitment to help you resolve the problem quickly.


In the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase you can choose between a refund or an exchange (subject to availability).

  • Goods are faulty on arrival and you have reported the matter to us within 24 hours of having received the item. You are also required to send back the item for inspection within 7 days of delivery.
  • Goods have been wrongly described on our website;
  • The goods have been damaged during transit;
  • The item doesn’t fit as expected (Jewelley) however you will need to pay the costs incurred for sending back the item to us.
  • All returned items must be reported with 7 days of reciept of goods and returned within 10 days of reciept of your purchase.


We do not give full refunds if;

  • A returned item is not in its original condition, has been used or shows signs of damage wear and tear and has not got the original packaging.

Please note a refund will only be paid once we have received the goods back from you for inspection.

  • A brief description of the why you are returning

Cancellation Policy


If you wish to cancel your purchase from our online store, please do so within 24 hours of the order. Cancelling the purchase after 24 hours when item has been dispatched, the above returns policy will apply, you will receive a refund but incur the cost of postage for returning the item to us. 


Crystal Aura will not be held liable for any loss of your goods in the post, so please choose your shipping options carefully.
